Vince Staples x Monty’s Good Burger
In early 2020, Vince collaborated with Monty's Good Burger to release a limited-edition vegan shake called "Meat Is Murder.” Vince’s shake featured a black cherry charcoal-flavored base made from Monty’s 100% Plant-Based Vanilla Oat Milk Soft Serve. Like all of Monty’s collaborations, partial proceeds were donated to an organization dedicated to the adoptions and wellbeing of all animals. This wasn’t the first, but it really kickstarted the flurry of high profile collaborations we have all loved.
About Monty's Good Burger
Often described as an iconic Los Angeles plant-based/vegan burger shop, Monty's Good Burger was founded in 2018 by Monty Jones. Monty was found wandering the rough and rugged streets of Riverside in late 2017. After a quick trip to the salon and a few months of online courses in his new forever home, Monty decided to make some moves and open his first store in Koreatown. Although it wasn’t big, it quickly became the talk of the town with an average wait of 1 hour+. Monty continued to hone his new found entrepreneurial skills and began making friends with a wide array of musicians, actors, politicians and influencers. These collaborations have always been intended to raise a little money and put a huge spotlight on rescue animals.
