MerchANDISE Help Information

EXCHANGES

NOTE: We do not cover exchange shipping fees for products that aren’t damaged or shipped incorrectly.

To make an EXCHANGE please do the following:

  • Fill out the Merchandise Help Info form above with the subject of “Exchanges.”

  • In the Description field, please state the item your are exchanging, the reason for the exchange and which item you would like in its place.

  • Once the form is submitted, you can generally expect a reply within one business day with further instructions.

RETURNS

NOTE: Tax and shipping costs will not be refunded.

To make a RETURN please do the following:

  • Fill out the Merchandise Help Information form above with the subject of “Returns.”

  • In the Description field, please state the item your are returning and the reason for the return.

  • Once the form is submitted, you can generally expect a reply within one business day with further instructions.

DAMAGED GOODS

NOTE: Refunds will not be made for damaged goods unless the item can’t be replaced.

If a product is delivered damage please do the following:

  • Fill out the Merchandise Customer Help Information above with the subject of “Damaged Goods.”

  • In the Description field, please describe how and where the item is damaged.

  • Email a photo of the damaged goods to help@montysgoodburger.com.

  • Once the form is submitted, you can generally expect a reply within one business day with further instructions.

SHIPPING

Shipping cost is included in the purchase price of the item. Shipping times do not include order processing time and are determined by the carrier service.

  • Domestic (within the US) orders usually take 3-5 business days from shipment date to be delivered.

  • Just because you receive an email saying your item was shipped does not necessarily mean it will be shipped that day; it just means the order was processed for shipment.

  • Your order will be processed and sent to our fulfillment area to be fulfilled as fast as possible.

  • Orders usually take 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. We currently only offer USPS as a shipping provider.
